Return Policy

Orders may only be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of the date of placing an order, and sales may not be cancelled after merchandise has been delivered. Express/Next Day Delivery orders are not eligible for cancellation. Return authorization is required for all returns, exchanges or refunds. Merchandise must be in original package, all merchandise from exchanges must be returned in new condition, all the parts and packaging materials should be included. The original shipping or delivery charges for exchanged items are non-refundable. All exchanges are subject to 20% restocking fee.

No refunds, refunds are ONLY excepted if we make a mistake on your order. For products that arrive damaged, If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please note that there may be variations in shade due to natural origin of wood, leather and fabric materials. We pour our heart & soul into every order, to ensure we have a happy customer.

Customer takes full responsibility to measure their space and make sure that the furniture will fit and will clear all doorways, stairways or elevator. Customer takes full responsibility for ordering the correct configuration, size, material and color.


All orders are shipped via ground carriers. In stock items usually ship within 7-10 days, unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Furniture deliveries can take an additional 2-4 weeks after the shipping date depending on the destination.THE SHIPPING TIMES WE QUOTE ARE ONLY ESTIMATES, NOT GUARANTEES. The carrier will contact you in advance to set up a delivery time frame with you for furniture deliveries. We offer free shipping in the continental United States on most of our products. Alaska & Hawaii excluded. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

All items are thoroughly inspected by quality control prior to being shipped out. Because of this, furniture deliveries are received in good condition UNLESS damaged in transit.

If a product arrives damaged, contact customer service by phone (615)746-7589 or sending an email to sales@luxe-, and a replacement will be given. Please include your order number, and details of the damage. Please be sure to include if the package, product or both are damaged and pictures. Damages from manufacture defect or shipment are not subject to the handling fee and will be credited or returned for the purchase price. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of arrival to the customer.
